Upper/Lower Back and Obliques

In this targeted exercise for the upper and lower back, along with the obliques, Anchor's role is pivotal in guiding the client through a controlled and effective routine
1
Strategic Anchor Bar Selection:
The process begins with the Anchor selecting the appropriate Anchor Bar, choosing between the Straight Handle to Straight Handle or the Collapsible Handle assembly. This deliberate choice sets the foundation for a tailored and impactful exercise session.
Feel
Seated Alignment:
Both the Anchor and the client assume a seated position, facing each other and the stabilizer, with knees bent and feet shoulder-width apart. This alignment establishes a stable and comfortable base for the exercise.
3
Client Positioning and Instruction:
The Anchor instructs the client to lower their head and grasp the straight handle. This posture ensures proper engagement of the targeted muscle groups. The Anchor then actively engages the client using the Anchor Bar.
4
Forward Extension with Resistance:
With the client holding the handle, the Anchor instructs them to extend forward while applying resistance. This controlled movement allows both the Anchor and the client to gauge the maximum range of motion safely. This step is essential for optimizing the effectiveness of the exercise.
